  1. In Select Directory, type the path to the logs directory that contains the log files, or click Browse and in the System Files Browser that opens, expand the folders to get to the desired directory, and then click Select.
    The path to the directory the logs directory is displayed in Select Directory.
  2. Optionally, configure Advanced Settings (see Configuring Advanced Settings).
  3. Click the Next button
    A Progress box displays the status of the system as it scans the directory for logs, a process that can take several minutes. When the scan completes, XpoLog presents under the Add Logs Directory Wizard opens. Folders and Logs section, a list of folders and logs that were detected by the scan. Select the checkboxes of the folders and logs to add to XpoLog. 
  4. In the General and Folders and Logs sections section of the Add Logs Directory Wizard, select the parent folder of the log directory, optionally tag the log directory to applications, and select in XpoLog under which to add the newly added folders and logs, and optionally tag the folders and logs in the directory to add to XpoLog applications(see Placing the Log Directory in XpoLog).
