The settings of all groups, with the exception of the All and Administrators groups, can be modified. These groups can only be viewed.

Group Settings
From the Security > Groups console, Administrators can view the settings of the All and Administrator groupsany group.
To view group settings:
- In the XpoLog Manager menu, click Security >Groups.
The Groups console opens. - In the Groups console, optionally filter the Groups display, by selecting in Groups, the All or Administrators groupa group to view.
The selected Group group is displayed on the console. - Click To view the settings of the All or Administrators group, click the View link adjacent to the All or Administrators groupgroup.
To view the settings of any other group, lick the Edit link adjacent to the group.
The Group Settings console opens, displaying the settings of the selected group. - Click Cancel.
The Groups console opens, displaying all the groups in the system.
Modifying Group Settings
From the Groups console, Administrators can view or modify the settings of an XpoLog group, with the exception of the Group Name.

- In the XpoLog Manager menu, click Security >Groups.
The Groups console opens. - In the Groups console, optionally filter the Groups display, by selecting in Groups, a group.
The selected group is displayed on the console. - Under Groups Members, click edit on the row of the group whose settings you want to modify.
The Group Settings console opens. - Modify the Display Name, Description, and the Associated Groups, Administered Groups, Group Members, Group Administrators, and Policy Settings, as required. See Creating a New Group for details.
- Click Save.
Operation Done page appears, with message: "Group operation ended successfully." - Click ok.
The Groups console appears. opens, displaying all the groups in the system.
