Accessing the Reports Console

The reports console presents all the reports created in XpoLog by the Administrator. These predefined reports can be either generated automatically on a predefined schedule, or manually generated by the user. Once a report has been generated (either automatically or manually), it becomes available for viewing. 

To open the Reports console:

1. In the XpoLog homepage, under Quick Actions, click the Reports icon.
   OR
   In the XpoLog homepage, click the XpoLog tab, and in the XpoLog Manager that opens in the main pane, click the Reports icon.
   The Reports console opens, displaying a list of predefined reports. 

The various predefined reports are listed in a table with the following parameters:

• Name – the name of the report, as defined by the administrator
• Application – If the report is based on a log that was generated from a specific application, the name of this application is displayed in this column. 
• Log – the name of the log file(s) that are the basis of this report 
• Mode – If the report is scheduled, a "clock" icon is displayed.
• Description – the description of the report, as entered by the Administrator
