Under Flux > left menu Data > Data Sync open the data sync tasks console.

  1. In the console that opens, you’ll see all available tasks.
    Click New Task to create a data sync task. The Data Sync Task page opens.

  2. In Name, type the name of the new task.

  3. In Description, type a description of the new task; optional.

  4. In Path, enter an absolute path to an XML file containing the task configuration (see next articles for details).

  5. Under Schedule Task configure the desired frequency to execute the task.

  6. Click Save.
    The Data Sync task is saved.


Note:
When right clicking a task or using the Actions button, the following options are available:

  1. Execute - Run the task on demand.

  2. Edit - Edit the task.

  3. Duplicate - Duplicate the task.

  4. Delete - Delete the task.

  5. Force Log Sync (All) - Force the task to re-sync all files that were deleted from the centralized repository but still exist on the remote sources related to this task. The re-sync will take place during the next task execution.

  6. Force Log Sync (Checksum mismatch) - Force the task to re-sync only files that a checksum mismatch was found between repository to source. The re-sync of these files will take place during the next task execution.
