Content Comparison

You can run XpoLog Search to search for occurrences of a log record field value in other records in other log records, using the XpoLog search engine, XpoSearch.the log, directly from the Log Viewer. You can do this by right-clicking the field value in the record in the Log Viewer, and selecting Search > XpoLog Search. 

To search for a field value in other log records:

1. In the Log Viewer, select a log record, and right-click the field value which you want to search for.
   The right-click menu opens.

2. In the right-click menu,

   click

    select Search >

   XpoSearch

   XpoLog Search.

   XpoLog Search opens in a separate

   Web

   web-page, with a search running for the selected field value (displayed in the search query). After the search is completed, all log records with the searched for field value are displayed in the results.
