The Log Viewer can be opened by entering the XpoLog tab from the homepage, and selecting from the available Folders and Logs in the left pane, a log to display in the Log Viewer.
Note: A regular log is preceded by a Log icon. A merged log, composed of log records from more than one log, is preceded by a split Log icon (i.e. with a line down the middle). The first column in a merged log is the Source column, which shows the source log of the record.
To open the Log Viewer:
- In the XpoLog homepage, click the XpoLog tab.
The XpoLog Manager opens in the main pane.
The system folders and logs, arranged according to a hierarchy decided in the organization, are displayed in the left pane. - In the left pane, under Folders and Logs, expand the relevant folder until you reach the lowest level – the Log level, and then click the log that you want to open.
The Log Viewer opens, displaying the selected log in the main pane in tabular view.
