Analytics Dashboard

By default, the Analytics dashboard is displayed in the main section of the XpoLog Center homepage, and includes the subsections described in the following table:

Analytics Problems Over Time

A graph of the Analytics analysis.

Analysis is  generated automatically on all the logs in the system, and generates a graph based on the system configuration showing the total number of problems in the logs over time. Below the graph is a View in Analytics link, which you can click to view the analysis in the Analytics console.

Analytics Recent Log ProblemsA table that lists the ten most recent and most severe log problems that were analyzed by Analytics. For each problem, the following information is provided:
  • Folder/Log – the folder or log that is the source of the problem
  • Problem – a description of the problem
  • Count – the number of occurrences of this problem
  • Severity – the severity of the problem
  • Search in XpoSearch button – clicking this button opens the XpoSearch console with a search for the problem in the log.
Analytics Recent Server Problems

A table that lists the ten most recent and most severe server problems that were analyzed by Analytics. For each problem, the following information is provided:

  • Server – the server that has the problem
  • Metrics – displays any or all of the following icons to indicate the type(s) of problems: C (CPU Problem), M (Memory Problem), and D (Disk Space Problem).
  • View Server in Analytics button – clicking this button opens the Analytics console with an analysis of the problematic server.
Analytics Recent Alerts

A table that lists the ten most recent alerts that were sent from the Problems dashboard. For each problem, the following information is provided:

  • Time – time of execution
  • Description – summary of the alert
  • View Alert in Problems Dashboard button – clicking this button drills down to the Problems dashboard to view the analysis that triggered the alert.
