Understanding Reports

The following section provides explanations on how to understand XpoLog reports. The explanation refers to the various report elements based on the list of generic report types.

Report Elements

The report includes the following main elements:

Element	Description
Report Type Tabs	A report may include one or many report types. Each report type is presented in a separate tab. Reports that are of the Group by Columns type are presented in separate tabs for each column. A detailed explanation is provided for the following report types: Content Analysis, Filters Summary, Unique Messages, and Group by Columns. An additional report type, Custom, displays results customized by users.
Graph Area	Includes graphs representing the data according to the report's settings. Graphs may include pie charts (representing the distribution) and line charts (representing the number of occurrences over time).
Results Area	Includes the records that were filtered and the total number of occurrences. The results area includes a Quick Find field. To find a specific record, type the query into the empty field. The results are immediately displayed. The results may span several pages. To view additional pages, click the paging links at the bottom of the screen.
Export to PDF	Clicking the Export to PDF link, exports the report to PDF.
